ABOUT US
Founded in 1984, the West Chambers County Chamber of Commerce, now known as the Mont Belvieu Area Chamber of Commerce, was formed by a group of West Chambers County visionaries and industry leaders. 40 years later, the MBA Chamber has grown to over 400 members, ranging from international corporations to the smallest businesses. All working together to advocate for local business and support regional economic development. Although the Mont Belvieu Area Chamber reach is limitless, the city of Mont Belvieu, Texas, anchors the immediate service area which also includes the cities of Beach City, Cove, Old River-Winfree and a small portion of Baytown. 

With LPG production and ancillary businesses as the primary economic driver, the area is home to Enterprise Products, ExxonMobil, Targa Resources, Energy Transfer, Covestro, ONEOK and Chevron Phillips Chemical facilities. 

The community is served by the top-rated Barbers Hill Independent School District, where they exemplify the motto, “Excellence by any Measure.”
